“Phygital Street Art” is a fusion of the physical and the digital. Like many of Karen Froede’s contemporary works, the concept does not shy away from addressing pressing societal issues. She sees the meeting in the common space as a starting point for dialogue and collective solutions. With “Phygital Street Art,” the digital screens become an opportunity for the public to engage with contemporary art while also being able to meet the artist. The art project is carried out in collaboration with Atracta, HDK Valand, and the Göteborgs Konsthall/Art Gallery.
